THE ongoing Shanghai Citizens Art Festival is offering people living in the city a wide variety of cultural and art events, officials said yesterday. Now in its second year, the event is becoming increasingly popular, they said. By the end of January, people will be able to choose from about 6,000 different events on offer at cultural sites across the city.
