ONE man was detained last night for attempting to stab the chairman of Shanghai Jahwa United. The 25-year-old suspect, surnamed Xu, is from Anhui province. Xie Wenjian, chairman and general manager of the state-backed personal care and cosmetics company, was attacked in front of his office building on Friday. The injury was not serious.
