THE woman who was told off by police for riding a horse along Yan’an Road on Tuesday night had been given another slap on the wrist on Monday.

She was warned for keeping a horse in her residential complex, the city urban management and law enforcement bureau said yesterday.

It is illegal to keep a horse in urban areas in the city.

After complaints from neighbors on Quankou Road, Changning District, she was told to get her trusty steed out of town as soon as possible.

The horse was not seen in the complex yesterday nor the day before.

The woman was in trouble a few months ago when her neighbors first complained about the horse, but she agreed to take her mount away.
