Body pulled from river

THE body of a man who went missing last Monday has been recovered from a river near Longyuan Road in the Sheshan area of Songjiang District, police said at the weekend.
The man is believed to have been cycling near the river and fallen in after crashing into some bushes, they said. His bicycle and personal belongings were discovered with the man’s corpse, so foul play has been ruled out, police said.
