Bomb hoax charges

A jobless man has been charged with making two hoax bomb calls, police said yesterday.
The suspect surnamed Zhu, 39, was accused of calling police twice in August, claiming there was a bomb on a No. 717 bus.
Almost 100 police were despatched to search, but found no bombs. The police tracked the man down using CCTV footage.
