Bund boats sprayed sludge

Shanghai maritime authority ordered 14 unlicensed boats that were spraying sludge into the Huangpu River at night to leave the area. According to Shanghai Maritime Bureau, they received tip-offs about the boats at the end of May. The bureau caught over 30 unlicensed boats operating along the Bund area. Their operators claimed they were collecting worms for use as fish feed.
