Bus crashes into taxi, other vehicles pile up

A PUBLIC bus ran into several taxis on Shaanxi Road N., near Nanjing Road W., on Monday.
The No. 23 was approaching a stop at 5:10pm when a taxi pulled in front of it and stopped, blocking its way. The bus driver got out and asked the cabby to move. When the taxi stayed where it was, the bus drove into the back of it, allegedly by mistake. The vehicle then collided with another cab coming in the opposite direction, and two more taxis piled up behind that. Police said they are investigating the incident.
