CSS donates to charity

THE Consulate Spouses Shanghai (CSS) donated 600,000 yuan (US$97,723) to four medical and charity institutions, including the Shanghai Children’s Medical Center and the Cerecare Wellness Center for Children, to help children suffering from cerebral palsy and newborns needing medical treatment. The donation yesterday is expected to benefit about 180 children. In the past decade, the CSS has donated nearly 4 million yuan to help underprivileged children in Shanghai.
