JIAO Tong University’s Xuhui campus has opened 30 parking spaces to the public to address local residents’ parking needs.
In addition to the university, more office buildings and shopping malls are also opening their parking resources to the public.
The city plans to launch 500 projects with 30,000 shared parking spaces, such as opening the shared spaces in residential communities to employees working in nearby offices during daytime and opening up office buildings’ parking spaces to local residents at night.
