A MAN has been arrested for using a fork-lift truck to damage police and other official vehicles, the Pudong New Area Prosecutors Office said yesterday. Ma Mingliang was charged with disrupting police business after he overturned four cars during a visit on June 2 by urban management officials to a property he owned in Zhuqiao Town. When the officials told him the building would have to be demolished as it had been erected without permission, Ma went into a rage and overturned the vehicles. Police intervened and Ma was detained.
