A SECOND season of the homegrown talent show “Sing My Song” will run for about three months on China Central Television’s Channel 3 from January 2, officials said yesterday.
The show has the honor of being the first domestically produced talent program to be picked up by a foreign firm, after the format was bought by Britain’s ITV Studios in April. The show is made by Shanghai-based Star China.
