CONSUMERS complained more about cell phones offering extra functions during the New Year's Day holiday, the Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau said over the weekend.
The city's consumer hotline 12315 received 17 complaints about cell phone functions and after-sales service, topping all the service industry complaints.
