A CHARITY bazaar will be held to mark China’s first “Charity Day” on September 5. Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau said it was reviewing registrations of organizations, donors, trusts and volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of the country’s first Charity Law effective on September 1.
