Chilly weather forecast to hang around this week

The Shanghai Meteorological Bureau lowered the blue cold temperature alert at 9:08am this morning although the mercury is expected to remain fairly chilly this week.
The lowest temperature in the city was recorded in suburban Chongming County this morning at minus 0.5 degrees Celsius. The weather station in Xujiahui recorded a low of 1.9 degrees.
Highs are forecast to range between 8 and 10 degrees this week with lows dipping to between 1 and 3.
Clear skies were forecast for the most part this week although there is a chance of rain tomorrow.
