Eighteen major e-commerce platforms, including jd.com, and suning.com, said yesterday that they will make clear on product information and payment pages whether or not items offered for sale can be returned or exchanged within seven days, as per the new regulations on the issue set by the Shanghai Consumers’ Rights and Interests Protection Commission.
