Concert aids blaze hero

A CHARITY concert on Saturday night in Minhang District has raised more than 1.66 million yuan (US$267,740) for Wang Haibin, a 25-year-old designer who suffered serious burns while alerting neighbors after a fire broke out in their residential building in Huacao Town, Minhang District on June 16. About 800 people attended the performance. The money will help pay for medical treatment for Wang.
