AN unlicensed taxi driver who dragged a police officer on the side of his car for about a kilometer in Putuo District on Sunday after trying to avoid a traffic ticket is in custody. As the officer was issuing the man with a ticket for running a red light, he sped away, with the officer hanging on for dear life.
