A SECOND restaurant run by the Zheng Wen Qi Crayfish Donburi chain has been ordered to close for operating without a license. The outlet is in Songjiang District and will remain closed until it completes the proper procedures and is awarded a license, local authorities said. The restaurant chain has been in the spotlight since last weekend, when allegations emerged that dozens of its customers had been struck down with food poisoning.
