Delivery man dies in toxic gas leak at university

A MAN died from gas poisoning yesterday while delivering canisters of hydrogen sulfide gas to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Television reported.
The man was taking the gas to a laboratory at the university’s Minhang Campus when some of it began leaking, the report said. No other details about the incident were released, but students were quoted as saying they could smell a foul odor coming from the building, which was later closed off by university officials.
