District woos talents

PUTUO district government announced yesterday that it had increased incentives and subsidies for innovative and startup talents. Award-winning startup programs can get between 50,000 yuan (US$7,481) to 300,000 yuan of startup fund if they settle down in the district. Postdoctoral fellows will receive 50,000 yuan annually. The maximum subsidies for work, life and housing of high-level talents was raised to 2 million yuan.
