A DRIVER was detained after he tried to flee and dragged a traffic police officer for 30 meters. The driver had parked his car illegally in Xizang Road M. in Huangpu District. When the officer approached him he tried to drive away with the officer dangling to the side of the car. He was blocked by other cars and eventually stopped and detained.
