Driving teacher on fraud charges

A driving instructor has been charged with defrauding seven students of 50,000 yuan (US$7,280) by giving them fake licenses, police said yesterday.
The man surnamed Cao works for a driving school in Fengxian District. He made the students sit mock tests and gave them fake licenses, police said. Police investigated after one student tried to pay fines using the fake license.
