A LOCAL disciplinary team has taken away the 71-year-old former Party secretary of Baoshan District for investigation into alleged corruption. Jiang Xiefu, who once served as deputy director of the city’s agricultural commission and Party secretary of Fengxian County, was elected as a city law maker in 2003. He is being investigated for serious violations of Party disciplines and laws.
