YANG Hanrong, a former chief of the Fengxian Planning, Land and Resources Administration, has been expelled from the Party and removed from his position for “serious violations of discipline,” the local discipline inspection commission said.
Meanwhile, Chen Zhengyuan, the ex-general manager of Shanghai Nengdi Construction Engineering Co, was given the same punishment. Both their illicit earnings were also seized.
