A BATCH of students’ uniforms failed quality tests for poor color fastness and fiber content, the Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau said yesterday. The substandard clothing was made by Shanghai Qizhi Clothing Co Ltd. Two batches of pens sold at the Jiangqiao outlet of Walmart and the Nanqiao outlet of Emart were also found with flaws, the bureau said.
