A SERIES of food festivals will offer typical tastes of Shanghai over the winter, tourism authorities said yesterday. Jinshan District will hold two festivals, one promoting typical country dishes such as boiled shrimp with Chinese cabbage, or roast pork with dried bean curd, while the other will promote the district's mutton, the tourist administration said.
