THE former president of Shanghai Bright Dairy and Food Co, Guo Benheng, has been taken in for questioning in an investigation into suspected serious violation of laws and discipline, the city discipline inspection commission announced yesterday. Guo tendered his resignation from his position at Bright Dairy at the end of June. The company accepted this and said Guo had cited “personal reasons” for leaving.
