A BUSINESS owner who allegedly swindled more than 1 million yuan (US$157,000) by claiming VAT refunds with fake invoices and fled to the US in September 2014 was brought back to the city yesterday. The suspect, surnamed Lu, is another “fox” hunted down in the nationwide “Fox Hunt 2015” operation to track down suspects involved in economic crimes and corruption.
