Fuel prices raised for 5th time this year

FUEL prices in Shanghai will be costlier from today, the city government announced yesterday.

The top price for 92-octane gas will cost 6.63 yuan (US$1) per liter — 0.20 yuan costlier, while a liter of 95-octane will rise to 7.06 yuan from 6.85. The new price of diesel will be 6.27 yuan per liter from the previous 6.06. It is already the fifth rise of fuel prices this year.
