SHANGHAI fuel prices came down by over 2 percent today after the government cut prices to reflect lower crude oil rates. The ceiling price for 92-octane gasoline fell to 7.75 yuan (US$1.25) per liter from 7.94 yuan, while 95-octane dropped to 8.24 yuan from 8.45 yuan. Drivers will now pay 7.67 yuan per liter for zero-grade diesel, which is down from 7.87 yuan.
