Going green gains

THE Shanghai Greenery and Public Sanitation Bureau is conducting a trial allowing residents to trade in points earned on green accounts through separating domestic trash in exchange for park tickets. Trials will be expanded from Jing’an District to more areas covering 200,000 residents this year, said officials. Points will also be able to be exchanged for credit on prepaid cards to use in supermarkets, said officials .
