YANGCHENG Lake hairy crabs will be sold in Shanghai from September 21. The crabs may be bigger this year because the cool summer has been ideal for strong growth. Suppliers said the price of the crabs was likely to drop by up to 20 percent this year. Last season the crabs cost 600 yuan (US$87.84) to 1,000 yuan a kilogram.
