A WOMAN killed her husband with a hammer and then handed herself to police in Baoshan District on Monday morning, xinmin.cn reported yesterday. The woman, surnamed Xu, in her 40s, allegedly killed her husband, surnamed Shen, in his 50s, after a dispute at their home at Qilian Community early Monday morning. Neighbors said Xu is a good person who works at the community office but was a victim of domestic violence as jobless Shen was addicted to gambling and hit her. Police are still investigating.
