Home-made porn pair punished

TWO women who made dozens of sex show videos of themselves and sold them online have been punished, local prosecutors said over the weekend.
Wang Li and Li Hong, who ran the operation from their home in Nanqiao County, Fengxian District, were convicted of making and distributing pornography, according to Jinshan District prosecutors.
The women earned 18,000 yuan (US$2,940) from their home-made porn enterprise in the two months prior to their arrest on March 24.
Footage was sold through the WeChat messaging platform, prosecutors said.
Wang made 26 videos and sold them to 75 customers for 14,000 yuan, while Li made 10 videos and sold them to 29 customers for 4,000 yuan between February and March, prosecutors said.
Wang was sentenced to 10 months in prison and fined 6,000 yuan, while Li received a four-month suspended sentence and a 2,000 yuan fine.
“Wang and Li illegally made pornographic products and sold them for profit,” prosecutors said.
Police were tipped off about the women’s activities in March.
One customer, surnamed Wu, said he saw one of Wang’s videos on WeChat and added her as a WeChat friend. Wang then asked Wu to pay for “membership” to view all her videos.
Wu paid 688 yuan for “life-long membership” via an Alipay account and Wang then sent him six videos.
