A 38-year-old security guard who stole more than 1-million-yuan (US$153,800)worth of Dior cosmetics from a warehouse he kept and sold them online has been charged with theft along with his accomplice, prosecutors in the Pudong New Area said yesterday.
The two suspects, who were employees of a local logistics company in Pudong, earned 570,000 yuan. The security guard, surnamed Zhou, told prosecutors that he turned off the surveillance cameras after the other employees finshed work and then let the other man, surnemed Lu, enter the warehouse.
