Jinshan beach to reopen

JINSHAN City Beach, flooded by Typhoon Yagi two weeks ago, will partly reopen to the public tomorrow, but for now, beachgoers will not be allowed to swim.

Most other fun activities will function as usual, but the western section of the beach and some parts of the boardwalks in the east section will remain closed.

Accordingly, the entry fee to the beach part will be reduced.

Full-price tickets on workdays will be only 10 yuan (US$1.46), and 20 yuan on weekends.

Students and those aged between 60 and 64 enjoy 50 percent discounts.
