A PRIVATE kindergarten located near Sanxin Road N. and Wenyu Road in Songjiang District was given a fine of 20,000 yuan (US$3,136) on Tuesday for running a school bus without certification from the police. Police said that they received a report from local education authorities about the activities before stopping the bus on Monday.
