Landline disruptions

LANDLINE telephones lines in Jing’an, Changning and Qingpu districts were disrupted by a technical glitch last night, Shanghai Telecom said. Phone numbers starting with 62 and 52 were affected starting from 7:30pm. The glitch was caused by equipment malfunction and was fixed about 8:45pm.
