THE Shanghai Tourism Administration has set a maximum of 15,600 visitors per day to the observatory on the 88th floor of the Jinmao Tower. No more than 1,200 people will be allowed in at any one time. The daily limit at the observatory of the Shanghai World Financial Center is 16,000, while at the M50 art area, it is 14,350.
