A 30-SECOND promotional film featuring the Pudong New Area’s Lujiazui financial hub has been screened at New York’s Time Square after the cities’ commercial centers agreed on a partnership recently.
The short film features landmark architecture, people, and commercial elements of both Shanghai’s Lujiazui and New York’s Time Square, and has been playing on giant screens at Time Square and Lujiazui. It’s an important way to establish and promote the image of Lujiazui commercial center to the world, said Jiang Danian, deputy head of Pudong. Viewers in both cities can scan a QR code which appears at the end of the film and follow its official WeChat account to upload their own pictures, which will be used in other promotional films to be shown on the Lujiazui screen in the future.
