IT’S official. Malone’s, the city’s longest-running foreign-owned restaurant, will pull the shutters down for good at the beginning of next month, a member of the staff confirmed last night. Malone’s, which opened in November 1994 on Tongren Road in Jing’an District, is currently owned by Food Junction, a Singaporean company. The place was a popular hangout among the expatriate community.
