A MAN has been detained for ignoring a police warning and smoking in an Internet cafe. The man, surnamed Tang, was found smoking in the cafe on Sichuan Road M. in Huangpu District when police were inspecting the venue’s firefighting facilities on June 8. He put out the cigarette when requested, but when police returned later that night Tang was caught smoking again.
