Man held on rape suspicion

A food delivery man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a woman to whom he had delivered food earlier the same day, the People’s Procuratorate in Jiading District said yesterday. If convicted, the suspect, surnamed Luo, could face three to 10 years in prison, according to China’s Criminal Law.
