A MOTORCYCLIST, who tried to hit a traffic cop with a steel pipe in Changning District after he was pulled over for having a bike without a license plate, has been detained.
A pedestrian who saw the incident came to the help of the cop and the two managed to subdue the motorcyclist. After being caught, Gao told police that he made a living from the motorcycle and was worried that he would lose the bike and just wanted to get away.
