Mugs fail tests

Fifteen batches of heat preservation vessels out of the 40 checked by the city’s quality watchdog failed quality tests, the Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau said yesterday. Two batches of stainless steel insulated mugs bearing the brand of Supor and Tesco failed tests for thermal efficiency and the difference in the real volume than that marked on the products.
