A SCOOTER rider stopped by police for suspected illegal taxi business on Wednesday morning at Metro Line 3’s Jiangwan Town Station and taken to their car for questioning surprised officers by stripping naked, getting out and walking away.
Police went after the naked man and he was taken away. According to police, the man stripped naked to protest about his treatment and has a record of obstruction of justice. He will receive an administrative punishment for interrupting public order, said officers. Jiangwan Town Station is among the major spots of a city police crackdown on moped and scooter riders offering illegal taxi services.
