Nurse scalded in attack

A MAN threw hot water in a nurse’s face at Gongli Hospital in the Pudong New Area on Saturday afternoon. The nurse suffered burns to the face. Abbout 5pm, a man in his 60s asked for an ultrasonic test. But as outpatients was about to close, a nurse suggested he go to another department. A dispute followed and the man threw a cup of hot water at the nurse and punched her in the eye, before leaving the hospital. Police are investigating the attack.
