EIGHTEEN people have been detained for obstructing officials from executing a court’s decision in a factory in Songjiang District yesterday.
The suspects allegedly smashed the windows of a car which belonged to the court. Court officials were trying to enforce a ruling in the factory which is located along Fuyong Road.
