GAN Yongqin, a director of a state-owned company in Jinshan District, was arrested for embezzlement and bribery, the city’s procuratorate said yesterday. Gan was working for Shanghai Jinshan Market Company, which runs 31 markets that dealt with agricultural and construction material products.
