Online shopping tops in complaints
ONLINE shopping, mobile phone surfing fees and prepaid expenses topped the list of complaints in the first half of this year, the city's consumer protection commission said yesterday.
The commission and its subsidiaries citywide received 7,745 complains related to online shopping, 15 percent of the total between January and June.
False advertising, slow delivery, poor after-sale service and product damage during delivery were the most mentioned problems.
